Kaitlin is an ACE certified health coach, certified ACSM group fitness instructor, and has her Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in Nutrition. She specializes in:

  3. HIIT, core, glutes, tabata and strength training

Kaitlin has been personal training since her years as a 2017 undergrad in Exercise Physiology. Kaitlin finds the most joy when her clients see the positive benefits fitness and nutrition have on their emotional, mental and physical health. She has experienced this change in her own life and loves helping others experience those positive changes as well.
