Entry Fee: A $25 entry fee covers your submission, judging, and a custom t-shirt if your lift is approved.
How to Participate:
Review the Rules
Carefully read all rules, standards, and video submission requirements.
Ensure proper form and safety during all lifts.
2: Compete
Complete your Bench, Squat, and Deadlift within one hour.
Follow all Rules, standards, and video submission requirements.
3: Submit Your Lift
Send us your scores and video evidence.
Include your contact information, t-shirt size and color, and club application.
4: Judging & T-Shirt
Our team will review your submission.
If your lifts meet all criteria, you’ll receive an email confirming your acceptance.
We will then reach out to collect the $25 payment
Important Notes:
Video Evidence is Mandatory: Submissions without video proof will be rejected.
One T-Shirt per Entry: Each $25 entry fee qualifies you for one t-shirt upon successful completion.
You can apply as many times as you want as you progress to get a new shirt in each new club
T-Shirts have a minimum order size so we will be batching these as orders come in

Rules and
Regulations
Lifts will be judged by the following standards
Deadlifts:
1) No Straps or deadlift suits, belts are permitted
2) Conventional Deadlift only
3) Lift must be controlled throughout the lift to a full lockout and back down, dropping the bar from the top or at any point in the lift will not be permitted
4) must use a Texas Strength Deadlift Bar
Squat:
1) No Squat Suits, single ply knee sleeves and belts are permitted
2) Must use a Texas Strength Squat Bar
3) Squat depth must be below parallel
4) Squat must be performed without any assistance from the spotter including unracking the weight
Bench:
1) No bench shirts are allowed. Wrist wraps and belts are permitted
2) Must use a Texas Strength Power Bar
3) Feet must remain in contact with ground throughout the lift
4) Butt and shoulders must remain in contact with the bench pad throughout the lift
5) Bar must touch chest (without bouncing) before pressing
(Commands aren’t necessary for lifts like you would see in an actual powerlifting meet but the above rules must be adhered to in order to qualify)
All three lifts must be recorded and sent with submission for judging.
All lifts must be completed within one hour of each other.
