Ragnar Stegall

My name is Ragnar “The War-Wolf” Stegall. I have been fighting my whole life in one way or another. Fighting is intimately tied to who I am. My journey in martial arts began with Taekwondo, then segued into boxing in my early teens. Later, I would fall in love with MMA and Jiu Jitsu.

For me, the merciless grind and discipline of training were my only escape from the darkness of my own hell. There was a time when my very survival was predicated on my ability to fight. But more than that, it was my only light and a path forward from the darkness. Through it, I conquered myself and my own weaknesses. I beat addiction and the self-destructive tendencies of my youth. I found myself and overcame impossible adversity. Training saved my life, so for me, it is more than just a sport; the way of the warrior is a way of life. It’s all I know, and it’s what I love.

I love pushing myself, even though the work is never done. There is always something more to learn and master. I don’t know where this road leads. I just know that I love to compete and love the process! Ragnar is a nice guy, but in the cage, I transform into the War Wolf, a destroyer and ruthless hunter of men.

Kimberly England

Kimberly “Kimmy” England recently became an IFBB professional athlete on June 17, 2023. She was born in Fairbanks, Alaska, in 1991 and grew up traveling most of her life due to her father being in the Air Force. As a young teen, Kimmy was first introduced to competitive bodybuilding as she watched her father compete in a bodybuilding show in Okinawa, Japan.

In 2012, Kimmy joined a local gym in Soldotna, Alaska, where she hired a trainer, Angie Brennan, to help her build muscle and become stronger. Angie Brennan sparked the idea for Kimmy to compete in a bodybuilding show. After watching her first show in Kenai, Alaska, Kimmy decided she wanted to give it a try. She has always loved the more muscular yet feminine look, so she immediately wanted to compete in Figure. She continued to compete for the next 3 years for fun while also focusing on school.

In 2017, Kimmy started and graduated the Physical Therapist Assistant program through UAA and started to work as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Revolution Sport and Spine Physical Therapy in 2018. Kimmy has also been a NASM-certified personal trainer at The Iron Asylum since 2018. In 2019, Kimmy returned to the stage, competing in both the figure and the women’s physique (WP) divisions. She continued to compete in these divisions in 2020 and 2023 at national qualifiers and national-level shows. In 2020, she was one placement away from going pro in both the Figure and WP divisions at North Americans. She knew she needed more muscle mass to achieve her goal of becoming an IFBB Pro, so she took a longer off-season to focus on building her “X-frame.” In 2023, her coach, John Jewett, stated it was time to give the nationals another attempt.

On June 17th, 2023, Kimmy finally heard the words she has dreamed about since 2012: “and new IFBB Pro Kimberly England.” Kimmy won her WP division class and received her IFBB Pro card at Junior Nationals in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She also placed 2nd in the figure division at the same show. After receiving the judges feedback, Kimmy and her coach both agreed to focus on building into the Pro Figure division. Her goal is to make her Pro League debut in the summer of 2025 to allow plenty of time to make the necessary improvements to be competitive at the Pro League level. In the meantime, Kimmy has been coaching and educating local competitors, new and experienced clients, and lifestyle clients. She truly enjoys helping others realize their own potential and achieve their own goals.
